=> I am not a black belt. Can I participate in the course ?
Yes ! Even beginners are welcome and will benefit. At the JKA Christmas Camp karateka will work in separate groups according to their level – in three separate dojos.
=> I have two children of 8 and 10 years practising karate, can they participate in the course ?
Of course. And the children’s group will have the opportunity of working with each of the experts.
=> I am not a member of the JKA but I’d like to participate in the course. Is this possible ?
No problem ! The JKA Christmas Camp is open to all karateka regardless of their style.
=> Can I participate in the JKA gradings ?
Only members of the JKA World Federation who are already graded and registered with the JKA (from 1st Kyu and above) and who have the permission of their country’s Chief Instructor may participate.
The 1st Dan JKA – 3rd Dan JKA gradings will take place at the JKA Christmas Camp on Saturday 10th December 2011.
=> Is it necessary to pre-register for accommodation and meals ?
Yes. If you want to benefit from the special rates for board and lodging, and stay close to the JKA Christmas Camp venue, you must send your pre-registration form and payment by 23rd November 11. It will not be possible to book the special course accommodation or meals (the Saturday soirée included) on arrival. You may of course make your own private arrangements for your stay if you wish.
=> Is it necessary to pre-register for the course ?
It’s not obligatory but advisable to pre-register before 23rd November 11. Subscription Desks will be available at each stage of the course but you can avoid queues and delays by pre-registering.
=> If I miss the 23rd November 2011 deadline can I still pre-register for the course ?
No ! No applications will be processed after 23rd November so avoid queues and delays at the Subscription Desks by pre-registering.
